Big rye spice up front, then it rolls into dark berries, stewed plum, toasted oak and a cheeky lick of chocolate. The shiraz cask doesn’t shout, it hums underneath with rich fruit and a soft tannin that rounds the edges without stealing the show. Dry, warming, and beautifully structured.
