🇺🇸 [55% ABV] Willett Family Estate Bottled Straight Rye is aged in hand selected white oak barrels for 3 years after which it is hand bottled at cask strength. Distilled, and aged at Willett, this 3 year old straight rye whiskey is a mingling of two different mash bills. They combined a high rye mash bill (74% rye, 11% corn, 15% malted barley) with a lower rye (51% rye, 34% corn, 15% malted barley). A larger percentage of the high rye mash was used for this 3 year old expression. Non-chill filtered, and bottled at cask strength, this Rye has a surprising amount of depth considering the age
