Super Hazy

Hazy Pale 5.2% It’s cloudy, but in a good way! A hazy pale beer bursting with tropical fruit aromatics, brewed with our house yeast strain, our modern-day flagship hazy pale is balanced to perfection. We use pale malt, wheat, oats and spice it up with plenty of hops from AUS, NZ and the USA Strap on in, because when it rains in the tropics, it pours juice!

Dark

Dark Lager 4.9% A mocha kind of day. Dark features a rich blend of roasted specialty malts, chocolate barley, and roasted wheat. Served on Nitro, for silky, smooth, velvety little bubbles. Pull up a pew, crack out the shortbreads and savour the darker, cooler mocha days.

Easy

Light Pale 2.7%- Like sunshine on a cloudy day, this partly cloudy and easy drinking beer is perfect for any occasion. Low in bitterness, lightly hopped lower in ABV. Easy is ideal for quenching your thirst after a long day or for simply taking it easy and kicking-it on the back deck.

Crush

Fruit Sour 4.2%- Fruity sunset vibes. It’s a tantalizing tropical fruit banger on the nose with a crisp, dry finish that’s balanced to keep you wanting more. A delightful blend of WA seasonal fruit, this lightly soured beer is perfect to quench your thirst, cool down and be… just a little bit fruity.

Cali-Veza

CALI-VEZA takes the easy going bones of a classic Mexican lager and cranks it up to 11: higher ABV, bolder hops, bigger aroma, and dangerously drinkable. It’s crisp and bone dry at its core, but loaded with bright citrus, tropical lift, and a firm resinous snap—thanks to a powerhouse line-up of Yakima-grown hops. Think lime zest, mango skin, pine, and a flicker of coconut, all riding on a clean, crushable lager base.

4.5% fruit sour (contains low levels of lactose) Bright and fruit-forward, DAY DREAMING balances tart refreshment with soft sweetness. Zesty kiwi brings the tang, while ripe strawberry adds a juicy lift rather than jammy weight. A light malt base keeps things clean, with a touch of lactose smoothing the edges for an easy, creamy finish. Refreshing, balanced, and made for drifting.

4.1% Italian pilsner, Si Paradiso collab Brewed for long courtyard afternoons that roll effortlessly into cool Autumn nights. Birra Paradiso starts with Weyermann Eraclea and Vienna malts, bringing soft biscuit and a gentle honey warmth, lifted by a touch of acidulated malt for a crisp, dry snap. Cascade, Hallertau, Saphir and Herkules layer in floral lift, subtle citrus and a firm, refreshing bitterness that keeps the palate bright and the glasses clinking. Light-bodied, aromatic and finely tuned, this is the kind of beer that starts the party and carries it well into the evening. Golden arvo's, good company, one more round.
