The traditional and European Oak casks that have been matured for decades gives this whisky rich honey, mellow oaky tones and hints of candied orange peel. Slowly develops, vanilla, a hint of cigar leaf with nutty Sherry and a faint hint of malty peat. This bottle won Gold Outstanding at the IWCS and was crowned Best Speyside Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2013
