Big classic flavours of citrus, floral pine and resin com-ing from classic pacific north western hops Cascade, Centennial and chinook while Auss-ie favourite Galaxy runs around the outside throwing in tropical new world flavours. This beer has balanced malt backbone but was fermented dry which is accentuated by a clean whack of bitterness from 85IBU. An IPA that is an homage to the people who refined the big modern IPA like Sierra Nevada and Russian River.
