Toasted Spiced Chicken Caesar Stack (Mild Spice)

This Caesar has absolutely lost the plot. Spicy-coated chicken, aggressively chopped. Crunchy romaine causing a scene. Finely grated vegetarian Grana Padano snowed on top like it’s trying to fix things (it won’t). Then a reckless drizzle of nutty tahini where no traditional Caesar would ever allow it. All of it encased between thick slices of toasted shokupan, pressed until golden and crispy. It’s a Chicken Caesar sando with a twist. A lunch option with main-character energy; Alt energy. Loud yet deeply satisfying.
