Show Pony 'Fine Sparkling Cider'

The Show pony is a collab Cider between St Andrews Beach Brewery & Gurney's cider from Foster, south Gippsland. Apples are sourced from St Andrews Beach Brewery orchard, processed & produced by our mates at Gurney's cider. Using Brown snout & Closette apple varieties. Naturally fermented & aged is 2500L oak casts for 18 months. This process gives the cider incredible drinkability & light sweetness for what is a full bodied 8% cider. Best enjoyed by the bottle with a group of mates.
