Pinot Noir Domaine D'O Haut Valley De L'aude

France - This is quite a rarity from the Languedoc but when grown in the soils around Limoux, the Pinot Noir vine flourishes. The aromas are of bright red fruits most notably cherry and strawberry that are mirrored on the palate with hints of spice that lead to a fine and elegant finish.
